All orders need to be emailed to email@example.com. Verbal orders will require a signed order confirmation that can be emailed to you. No verbal order will be put into production without a return signature.
Due to events out of our control, prices on trailer orders may change from the time placed to the time built. Invoiced pricing will be current pricing at the time of production, NOT the time the order is placed or in the queue to be built. Dealers will be notified of any major price increase that will affect orders.
All orders that are shipped COD will require a wire transfer or company check to be given to the driver at the time of delivery. There will be no exception. Our accounting department will email a copy of the invoice, then call to verify that you have received a copy before shipments leaves our facility. In the event, that our trailer shipment arrives and payment is not available and the dealer has failed to abide by the terms, your account will be charged the cost of freight back to Camilla, Georgia. All future orders will have to be paid for in advance before leaving the facility.
Wells Fargo Floor Plan:
Please let us know at the time of your order if it will be put on Wells Fargo’s floor plan. This will help ensure that your shipment is not held up by Wells Fargo’s approval.
North Point Floor Plan:
Please let us know at the time of your order if it will be put on North Point’s floor plan. This will help ensure that your shipment is not held up by North Point’s approval.
All trailers that are going to be picked up by the end-user must be prepaid for in advance of the customer’s arrival. And pickup cut-off is 3:00 pm eastern time M-F.
All warranty repairs MUST BE PRE-APPROVED by our office. We require a description of the work and the cost of repairs before work is done. Repairing and billing Anderson Mfg, Inc. before getting authorization is not acceptable and can result in an unpaid claim. All warranty requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and/or submitted on our website.
Orders can be changed if we are notified via email within seven days of the order being placed. A confirmation will be emailed back to you acknowledging acceptance of the change request.
Shipping your order:
All orders must be shipped or picked up within 10 days of notification that your order is ready. If your order is still sitting after the 10 day period, it will go into a stock trailer list to be sold or fill other orders.
